Functional vision is contrast sensitivity tested with the Functional Acuity Contrast Test (F.A.C.T.) and is performed in precisely controlled photopic (day) and mesopic (night) conditions. Functional vision can be tested either with or without glare, as defined in the current established research standards.

* Background luminance complies with international standards
* Microprocessor-controlled and continually calibrated ensures the accurate & repeatable testing conditions
* Binocular tests
* Target illumination comes standard with 3.0 cd/m2 for night testing, and 85 cd/m2 for day testing, or maybe customized
   to specific needs with a valuse range of  1.0 cd/m2 to 125 cd/m2 
* Contrast acuity test can be used to evaluate patients' functional vision.
* Potential acuity test can be used to evaluate macular function
* It is possible to choose either a standard test kit or use the library containing more than 150 different test slides and choose 12    slides to configure the specific test according to your needs
 
Note: The target lighting which is configured upon request, glare levels, and test packages should be determined when ordering packages.
